You are the MVP right now! I’m so impressed by anyone raising a child solo. Good for you for getting the workouts in and being so organized. Strong women raise strong women, and you’re setting such a great example for your daughter of balancing a demanding career while prioritizing yourself (where you can) and her childhood.

exactly what I came here to say! This is such great organization, and finding ways to keep the interactions with your daughter while getting stuff done. You are doing a great job.

I completely agree! Exactly same thought when I read that line. I was like - I object to that. ◡̈ Glad you said it!

I loved how she scheduled play time with her daughter in multiple areas of their day. You can tell she prioritizes connection.

“She usually changes her mind” made me laugh out loud-so relatable!

Love the tip to plug in phone across the room and to set alarms

You’re doing amazing! Does your office have a gym? Or can you block off 20 min for a post lunch walk, even if it’s just twice a week? I have a very similar schedule and often squeeze in a little self-care that way.

You're amazing ma'am - seriously! 3 year olds are not for the weak and I know that little girl thinks you walk on water!
